Authors may appeal by sending an email to the Journal Editorial Office. The appeal must provide detailed reasons, including a point-by-point response to the reviewers and/or Academic Editors’ comments. An appeal can only be submitted after a decision of "reject and decline resubmission" and should be submitted within three months from the date of the decision. Failure to meet these criteria will result in the appeal not being considered further. Upon receipt of an author appeal, the Editorial Office will check the information provided by the author and forward them (including the identity of the reviewers) to the Academic Editor. At this stage, if a rejection is received, the decision will be final and can not be reversed. |
